Where will the first properties be acquired?
We have some target markets in Tennessee, Indiana, Alabama, Florida, and Arkansas that we believe have an abundance of demand and a lack of existing short term rentals.
We know everyone wants to see popular tourist destinations but it will take time to have the funds to break into those saturated markets without hurting the project. We do plan on acquiring properties there though but it will take time.
How quick can you acquire properties?
Under ideal conditions, we can acquire 25-50 units per month.
